The new 43mm (Pierburg brand) fuel pump installed in the new Reservoir housing

New 43mm fuel pump installed in new reservoir with existing fuel line and the cap nut in place of the old damper. Note the direction of the fuel line when removing from old pump and reservoir.

The two notches on the white reservoir should be at the 10 o'clock position to the left of the fuel line at 12 o'clock Tie wraps were included to fasten the new pump wiring to the existing fuel line.

New pump and reservoir have been installed after using 3214 tool to rotate the reservoir slightly to the left for installation into the fuel tank pump holder assembly.

Note the two notches on the reservoir and the lines on the tank holder assembly.

The reservoir is inserted into the tank pump holder with the two notches at the first line on the right, then it is rotated clockwise with the 3214 tool to line up the two notches with the 2nd line. Note the fuel line is to the left.
